I'm Carlos Padilla, a Civil Engineer from Caracas, Venezuela, with over 20 years of experience. I graduated from the Andrés Bello Catholic University, where I earned my degree in Civil Engineering. Throughout my career, I have worked in various companies and held multiple roles, from Assistant Engineer to Lead Engineer.
